Attach candidate run

/v1/repositories/:organization/:repository/deployments/:deployment_id/runs/:run_id

Bind an owned run to one declared role before upload. Bindings cannot be replaced. All registered dependencies of the run are protected while a candidate hold is active.

Authentication: AWS SigV4 (us-west-2, execute-api), using an authorized IAM role. Generated header examples do not compute a valid AWS signature.

Responses​

Candidate identity, immutable content when finalized, and current protection. An idempotent replay returns the original receipt.
