Anonymous operations use https://models-registry.neat.sima.ai. Protected
operations use https://artifacts-registry.neat.sima.ai and require AWS SigV4.

The Public reads and IAM authenticated operation groups identify the credential requirements. Check the server shown for each operation; an anonymous operation is public only at its public read hostname.
Request sending is disabled, as in the Insight Developer Center reference. Use the guides for unsigned read examples and correctly signed IAM requests; a sample Authorization header is not a replacement for a computed SigV4 signature.
